Delaware Woman Files Lawsuit Against HITS Ocala Over Dog Attack on Horse: A Delaware woman has sued HITS Ocala and a local man after her Belgian Warmblood show jumper was allegedly attacked by a dog with a known violent propensity, claiming negligence, injury-related costs, and loss of the horse’s value, seeking damages exceeding $50,000 in Marion County Circuit Court.
